Nope, Re-veal does not contain any carbon black, which is linked to increased risk of cancer and other negative health effects. In order to achieve the dark black color, we use Black Iron Oxide which is not a human carcinogen.

One of our biggest pet peeves (as a team) is when mascara clumps on our lashes. To combat this, we created a mascara with a thinner formula and tight wiper so there isn’t excess mascara on the wand when applying. The combination of a thinner formula and tighter wipers makes it more lightweight which holds the curl better, provides extra lengthening without clumping and helps to keep all our lashes separated. This formula is super buildable so you can layer until your hearts desire.
The mascara wiper sits inside the tube, close to the opening. It controls how much product is deposited on the mascara wand when you pull it out. A tighter wiper deposits less product on the wand, giving you a cleaner look.
Use cleansing oil to wash off Re-veal at night, like our Re-move Nourishing Cleansing Oil. Micellar water + makeup wipes will not work with our formula.
The Routine: Massage cleansing oil into your skin for at least a minute, specifically focusing around the eyes. Emulsify the oil for another 30 seconds after that to ensure every trace of makeup is dissolved.

Great for lengthening and holding a curl. It's also wonderful for reaching every last lash as the wand is small. I only write honest reviews, so I will also tell you who this is not for: it's not for those seeking maximum volume from your mascara. You could absolutely pair this with lashes and get a mega volume look, but the mascara alone isn't optimal for that. Alas, a very welcome addition to the western market!
