For Ashley, HALEYS began with both a frustration and a fascination. As a Filipina American cosmetic chemist with naturally oily skin, she spent years watching formulas melt, shift or clog before the day was done. To her, oily skin was never a flaw — it was a formula challenge.

After earning her degree in chemistry and spending over 15 years in global R&D, Ashley saw an opportunity to apply true scientific balance - oil, water, and wear - to makeup that performs under real-life conditions.

Driven by precision and empathy, she founded HALEYS to merge beauty with chemistry, crafting formulas that adapt to the skin instead of fighting it. Every product reflects her belief that intelligent formulation can empower confidence - controlling oil, not your glow.
