When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 3-6 days for delivery in the United States, and 14-21 days for delivery in Canada. Please note that order processing and delivery will take longer during promotions.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada via USPS. Other countries coming soon, stay tuned!

We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping for domestic orders, all states within the USA and $9.99 flat rate shipping for international orders to Canada.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by HALEYS Beauty.

For all orders, USPS will provide a tracking number. However, insurance is not included. HALEYS Beauty is not responsible for any lost orders or missing items when shipped by USPS. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made for items that were damaged during shipping. Please contact customer service (info@haleysbeauty.com) within 14 days of delivery date to have your damaged item replaced. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.

I received a notification that my package has been delivered but there's nothing in my mailbox. Why hasn't it arrived? 

USPS tracking information can be inaccurate and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive at the shipping address. When this happens, it's best to wait 2-3 days for the package to arrive at your door. In the meantime, we suggest checking in with your local post office for more information.

Are your products cruelty-free, paraben-free and vegan?

Yes all of our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free and vegan. HALEYS is a proud partner of PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies program, and we pledge to never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our products. 

Do you accept PayPal? 

We do not accept PayPal but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Where else can I purchase HALEYS Beauty?

Our products are sold exclusively online on haleysbeauty.com.
