When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 3-6 days for delivery in the United States, and 14-21 days for delivery in Canada. Please note that order processing and delivery will take longer during promotions.
What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping is available for all orders $40 and over (US only and must be $40 after discounts are applied).
We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping for domestic orders, all states within the USA and $9.99 flat rate shipping for international orders to Canada.
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada via USPS. Other countries coming soon, stay tuned!
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by HALEYS Beauty.
For all orders, USPS will provide a tracking number. However, insurance is not included. HALEYS Beauty is not responsible for any lost orders or missing items when shipped by USPS.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will be happy to coordinate a one-time exchange for items that have not been opened or used and are in the original packaging. You must contact us within 14 business days after your delivery date to exchange your item. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com for shipping instructions - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not return a package without tracking, you will not be credited for items we have not received.
Promotional items & $10 foundations are FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange.
We do not currently offer refunds for orders, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return/exchange instructions.
I received a notification that my package has been delivered but there's nothing in my mailbox. Why hasn't it arrived?
USPS tracking information can be inaccurate and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive at the shipping address. When this happens, it's best to wait 2-3 days for the package to arrive at your door. In the meantime, we suggest checking in with your local post office for more information.
Are your products cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free and vegan?
Yes all of our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free and vegan. HALEYS is a proud partner of PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies program, and we pledge to never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our products.
Do you accept PayPal?
We do not accept PayPal but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Our products are sold online on haleysbeauty.com, amazon.com, and macys.com.
