How do I know my shade?
We recommend selecting the shade that is most similar to your natural brow hair color. If the shade is too light upon the first application, we recommend layering the product to achieve the desired shade.
What product is Re-define Precision Brow Pen most similar to?
This product is most similar to a brow pencil. We recommend first lightly outlining areas that need more definition. Use soft strokes to create flicks that follow your natural brow pattern.
What shade should I use if my hair color is x?
We recommend the Taupe shade for those with blonde, red, and light to medium brown hair. We recommend the Medium Brown shade for those with black and medium to dark brown hair.
Do I need to brush my hairs out before applying Re-define Precision Brow Pen?
It is not necessary to brush your brow hair out before application as the wand will brush the hairs into place upon application. After 2 minutes the budge-proof formula will set and hold your brows in the desired shape.
Why is the formula running?
Please remember to shake the bottle prior to every application and upon redipping. There is a wiper at the top of the bottle. We recommended also using wiper to remove access product, if needed.
Do I need to set this formula with powder?
No need to set your brow with powder. Once this formula comes to a full set, it will not budge or smudge. Please wait about 2 minutes for the formula to set.
How do you remove the brow makeup?
We recommend using an oil-based cleanser. This helps to break down the water resistant qualities of the formula.
Do you need a tool to apply this product?
No tools needed. Application should be done using the round felt-tip applicator.
