We’re a team of Asian-American women who have always felt that we needed to fix products to make them work for us. While the problems we have with makeup start with us, they’re in no way unique to us. We know that a solution for one is a solution for all. So, as a team, we take on all the toughest challenges — solving the problems we have with makeup products by doing the hard work to make them truly better.

A Note from our perfectionist chemist
I’m Ashley Ocampo, the cosmetic chemist behind HALEYS.
I’m just like you—a beauty junkie who's struggled to find makeup that works with my skin tone, skin type and features. Think oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin, short lashes, hooded eyes – the whole gamut. So, driven by high expectations and a low tolerance for formulas that slip, fade and clog, I poured the last 15 years of my career into reimagining makeup that puts Asian American skin and features at the forefront.
