If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30-days, our Green Re—turn Program will give you store credit (excluding tax and shipping) for any full-priced item and we’ll allow you to keep the product(or pass it to someone else who might enjoy it more). This not only saves you a trip to the post office but also helps the environment by reducing shipping and processing waste.
The Complexion Exception: We do our best to accurately represent our complexion shades online, but we know that it can be tricky. With every foundation or concealer purchase, you can choose to either receive a new shade or receive store credit (excluding tax and shipping).

*Please note, each household is limited to ONE Green Return per 180-day period for up to two products in your order. Only full-priced items purchased through our website are eligible; sale items and gift sets can not be returned. If you choose to exchange your shade instead of receiving store credit, you will not be able to receive store credit on your exchanged shade. Store credit can be used on any future purchase within that calendar year.
